KIDS DAY is March 20th at The Abbey Christian Store. We will be having reading times each hour on the hour from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. Cherie Werner, the author of New Life in Jesus will read and do an author signing during KIDS DAY. There will also be coloring pages, a craft, drawings, giveaways and specials on Kid''s ...DVD''s and CD''s. So make plans to spend your Saturday, March 20th at the Abbey for great kid''s fun.

Rachelle McCalla from Wayne, NE will be doing an author''s signing for her new book " Survival Instinct" on March 20th at the Abbey. Rachelle is a Norfolk native and graduate of Norfolk Senior High. "Survival Instinct" is an inspirational romantic suspense novel that takes place in the Apostle Islands of Wisconsin. The ...sequel, "Troubled Waters" comes out in June with more great romance to follow. Both Mary and Lori, our avid readers, recommend this read so pick one up and have it signed at the store on March 20th!!

Leanin'' Tree now at The Abbey! Leanin'' Tree is a fun new card company we are featuring at The Abbey. All the greeting cards and envelopes are printed in Boulder, CO on recycled paper using soy based inks. Good for the environment and good for the funny bone. The staff has been enjoying the humor of these cards all week.

The movie Fireproof has had long lasting affects on marriages across the country, not only because of the movie but because of the books that reinforced the 40 day Love Dare concept.
